Well just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ryan I just purchased my 08 Commander. This is my 3rd Jeep overall had 2 XJ's prior. Still getting use to how much they have changed, a lot more going on inside the XK then the XJ. Anyway, Wouldn't mind meeting up with you all to learn some areas I can take this beast. Thanks again and Happy trails.

We are reporting from River Rock. The lesson for today was "look before you leap." In the rain and the slick mud, we did several things. First off, we learned that a Jeep can stand on its bumper. We also learned that new boots do not mean good traction. We have had a great time so far. There are a lot of hills and things to climb. We have also done a few recovery's. We found out what our Jeeps could do (some more than others). Pictures to follow
