The meeting for August at the Smokin Pig. Great food and fun. Thanks to our waitress, Michelle.
Members present: Carol, Steve, Chris, Joan, Kimber, Alex, Fred, Lonnie, Mary Ann, and Aiden. Lori made a brief visit, glad we got to see her. Our deepest sympathy to Carol and Steve for the lose of their beloved dog Pepper, and to Joan and Chris for the lose of their beloved horse, Dixie. Stickers: Steve will see about getting some more stickers for the club. Members will be able to purchase them from him. A lot of interest in geocaching. the website for this is geocaching.com. NEFGA is another club members might find interesting. Lots of caches in Oseola. Great opportunity to combine caching and Jeeping. We are always looking for new places to take the Jeeps. Nashville, Possum Creek and the river on 84 might be places we can go ride. For sale: (5) wheels and tires 235/75-16 Black Rock Crawlers w/ Dunlop A/T $250 Call Alex 301-204-9933 Next ride: weekend after next to the Alapaha riverbed. More details to be posted later. Next club meeting: Sept. 3rd at CJ's at 7:00. |
